UMBRA VALLEY WINE ROUTE

Starting from Spoleto, take the Spoleto Assisi cycle path, meeting some of the most beautiful villages in Umbria, such as Campello, Pissignano, Trevi, Bevagna and Cannara. Once in Assisi, you reach the Basilica of San Francesco passing through the characteristic medieval streets. A climb up to Montefalco, home of Sagrantino, to then descend towards the villages of Castel Ritaldi and Uncinano, to finally return to Spoleto.
VALNERINA ROUTE (ROAD BIKE)

The most demanding route from an altitude point of view, which can be tackled in a single day or divided into two. Leaving from Spoleto for Forca di Cerro, you reach Sant’Anatolia di Narco, from where the most demanding climb of the tour begins up to the Gavelli pass. After a beautiful panoramic descent on the Sibillini mountains you reach Monteleone di Spoleto, and then continue towards Cascia, Norcia, Preci and Forca di Cerro, before returning to Spoleto.

Going along the Old Railway up to the village of Eggi, you go up to the Caprareccia bridge. We descend again through the Borgiano ditch and climb up to the Cava della Vallocchia and Monteluco, to then descend through a fantastic single-track called PierloLine.
